Get Right Over (“GRO”) is a dispatch platform operated by Quik-Turns LLC. By accessing or using GRO, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. GRO connects customers with independent delivery contractors. GRO does not prepare or sell food.
Customers must place their food order directly with the restaurant before requesting delivery through GRO. You are responsible for:

You must be present at the meet-up location. Refunds are not guaranteed if you fail to meet the driver or provide unclear instructions.
GRO drivers are independent contractors. They are not employees or agents of GRO. While we require all drivers to pass a background check and follow specific delivery protocols, GRO does not control their schedules or behavior beyond the scope of the delivery process.
Delivery fees are paid upfront at checkout via Square. Refunds are issued only when a GRO system error or driver issue is confirmed. Restaurant or food quality issues are not refundable through GRO. Chargebacks made outside of our resolution process may result in account restriction.
All content, branding, code, and trademarks associated with GRO are the property of Quik-Turns LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use GRO assets without express written consent.
By using GRO, you agree to receive transactional emails and SMS communications related to your orders, delivery status, and support inquiries. You may opt out of marketing messages but not essential platform alerts.
GRO reserves the right to suspend or terminate platform access at any time due to violations of these terms, suspected fraud, abuse, or if continued use poses risk to our drivers, customers, or brand.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to GRO will be resolved through final and binding arbitration. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and class action participation.
Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Horry County, South Carolina unless otherwise agreed.
This agreement is governed by the laws of South Carolina and the Federal Arbitration Act. If arbitration is unenforceable, claims will be handled exclusively by courts in Horry County, SC.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, you will be notified by email or through the platform. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
