First, place your food order directly with the restaurant. Then visit GRO and use GIA to request a pickup and delivery. You'll provide the restaurant name, drop-off address, and meet-up instructions.

Why order first before requesting delivery?

To avoid cancellations and confusion. GRO assigns a driver only after you’ve ordered, reducing the risk of delays, cold food, or refund disputes.

What is GRO’s delivery range?

We deliver up to 10 miles from the pickup restaurant. If your address is outside this zone, the assistant will let you know during your request.

How is the delivery fee calculated?

GRO uses flat pricing based on distance and group size. No hidden fees. You’ll see the total before confirming the request.

How do I track my delivery?

You’ll get real-time status updates inside the session window. Drivers follow your drop-off instructions and confirm delivery using a PIN or GPS verification.

What happens if something goes wrong?
